The property provides over 30,000 square metres of high-quality office, research, development and laboratory accommodation with over 670 car parking spaces. The property has been leased to Coca-Cola for 10 years.

Rynda has been appointed to asset manage the property to enhance its value and maintain an annual distributable surplus for Investcorp.
