Asset description

Avenue de la République is Lyon’s prime shopping destination, comprising approximately 39 retail properties and over 700 tenancy agreements and occupying more than 64,000 square metres of office and residential accommodation.

Business plan

The mission was a long-term objective to continue to enhance the diversity of the retail mix and deliver optimum revenue from the upper-level residential and office elements. Rynda achieved this by working closely with the investment managers and city authorities to offer visitors a unique gastronomic and retail experience. The asset was sold in December 2019.
